Summit Construction is a residential general contractor focused on custom homes and major renovations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Led by Ron Collosi, a third-generation general contractor and California licensed builder, the firm brings nearly three decades of residential construction experience across custom homes, additions, major renovations, structural improvements, and detailed finish work.

What distinguishes Summit is its direct, owner-led model. Ron remains involved from preconstruction through completion, overseeing budgeting, constructability review, scheduling, trade coordination, and construction execution. Clients, architects, engineers, and consultants work directly with him throughout the process, without a separate layer of project management or field supervision between the builder and the work itself.

That structure allows for clearer communication, more consistent decision-making, and closer alignment between design intent, budget, and execution. It also means Summit intentionally takes on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one receives sustained attention, careful coordination, and close oversight in the field.

Ron’s background began in finish carpentry, which continues to inform the standard of precision and execution Summit brings to each project. Over time, that foundation expanded into full-scope residential construction, including architect-driven homes and renovations requiring substantial structural coordination, planning, and hands-on oversight.
