Wine Country Estate

Two-year renovation of a 20,000-square-foot estate on 100 acres that had remained unfinished for more than two decades after construction stopped. While the structure and exterior envelope had been built, no interior finishes had been installed. Summit was brought in by new owners who chose to purchase the property in its unfinished state and carry it through to completion.

The work involved transforming the residence from an abandoned structure into a fully realized home of unusual scale and complexity. The project included extensive interior and exterior finish work, new millwork, major mechanical completion, and the completion of the pool and pool deck, along with custom elements such as a handmade front door, handmade exterior door hardware, handmade exterior light fixtures, and several radiused balcony railings.

Bringing the property to completion required sustained coordination, careful decision-making, and close oversight across a project of unusual scale and complexity.
