Italian Farmhouse

Extensive remodel transforming an existing residence into a refined Italian farmhouse. The interior was completely redone, and the project included the addition of a new two-car garage with studio space above, along with a separate structure for utilities and storage. Exterior and site work included Santa Barbara sandstone retaining walls and cladding, a handmade clay tile roof, and a custom stone driveway. Mechanical systems were fully replaced throughout, pairing traditional architectural character with modern performance.
