San Francisco hillside renovation requiring extensive structural rework to accommodate a new design within the existing home. Nearly the entire structure was reworked, and the interior was fully redone to support a reconfigured layout, updated architectural detailing, and a new interior elevator. Tight site conditions and the extent of the structural work required close coordination in the field and consistent alignment between builder, architect, and owner throughout construction.
